We are proud to officially announce our 2024 Expo at Visual Arts Mississauga, September 5th to 8th 2024. More info to come!

We will have a gallery for our members, sponsors like RockWell Art Canada and De Serres with booths.

Tables available to rent for the weekend to sell your work, contests, giveaways, Workshops from your favourite pros and much much more! We will post updates as they come. If you are interested in renting a table, please contact us.

They will be $300 for the duration, and we have a maximum of 15 available. First come first serve.

Thanks to everyone who participated in our Plein Air Paint out today at Lakeshore Yacht Club. Natalia Outkina did a great demo, which we feature in this video.

We are pleased to announce our upcoming Exhibition and Contest in Calgary Alberta, “Alberta In Watercolour” Curated by our Alberta area rep Inna Nagaytseva, for  September 30th to November 4th 2024.

PAINTING OLD HOLLAND

JUNE 28th to JULY 1st, 2024

 Featuring visits to:

• Rijksmuseum & Van Gogh Museum Amsterdam

• Workshop at Mitta Studio Amsterdam

• Workshop at Aers Arts in Leiden 

• Plein air painting and demos in the dutch countryside with Ian Wright 

• Meeting with local artists from IWS   
  HOLLAND

and much more…

Ian has lived in Holland, and been travelling there every year since 2001. 
He speaks Dutch fluently and knows the landscape intimately and will guide you between Leiden and Amsterdam for the duration of the tour.

This tour will introduce IWS Canada members to counterparts in IWS Holland, and uncover the special locations of Holland that are not widely known.

Following of the great success of our Coyoacan Mexico tour, It will be a unique experience, with the meeting of new friends & discovering new places, while learning new ways of painting to grow as  both a painter and individual. 

Price: $400 per member,
