On Thursday January 23rd, from 1-4pm EST IWS Canada will be hosting a live feed for all our members across the country. Featuring demos by Ian Wright, Luan Quach, Lorraine Simonds, Milena Guberinic and IWS Globe founder Atanur Dogan!

Mexico 2025 trip!

Hi there!

We have updated the brochure for the Mexico 2025 trip.

The most notable update is that we have brought down the price and will cover most internal costs into the total price of $975 to make the trip simpler for our members.

Now the only external costs are the hotel, flight and food, with admission tickets and internal travel covered.

If you have not already expressed interest, please respond to iwscanada@gmail.com with “interested” in the text of the email. 

We will be having another info meeting during our next zoom meeting on Sunday December 29th at 7pm EST. We will require at least a verbal commitment by December 31 with full payment due by January 15th.

Fabriano in Acquarello 2025

It is with great pleasure that I announce that preparations have begun for the most important watercolor festival: Fabriano in Acquarello 2025.

You can learn more about Fabriano in Acquarello here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/261367377327759 Fabriano in Acquarello in 2025 is the biggest watercolor festival in the world.

It will take place in Bologna, April 24-27, 2025.

We are starting the process of selection of watercolors for participation in the festival from Canada. Do not hesitate to share this information with friends and colleagues!

The larger pool of applicants we get, the better Canada will be represented at the festival!

You will find information and instructions in the PDF file attached.

Deadline to apply: December 27, 2024.
