If you would very much like to come, but the cost is prohibitive please let us know and we can see about working out other hotel arrangements.
This hotel is central to Coyoacan, high quality, and has been visited and approved by Tere.
FLIGHTS NOT INCLUDED IN ABOVE PRICES. Once we know who is committed we will convene to book a flight in which the majority can travel together.
Direct flights are currently around $1000 from Toronto with Aeromexico and Air Canada, while stop over flights in Cancun and elsewhere are much less ($550 or so).
For those wishing to go through Cancun to save some money we can look into sharing an Airbnb for a stopover to visit the beach before heading back to Canada.
Please let us know if you are interested in this option.
Also if the price is a sticking point for you, we may be able to find a cheaper or dorm room option.
If this is the case for you, please contact us at iwscanada@gmail.com and we can help work something out.
It’s going to be a lot of fun!
So who’s in??
If all looks good, and you want to proceed, you can either e-transfer the amount to iwscanada@gmail.com or if you have any questions first, please let us know.
(once we know who is in for sure we will have a zoom meeting together to finalise the last details like which flights we are taking, and how and when people will be arriving at the airport for transport to Coyoacan.)
(for those wishing to stay later, may extend the hotel stay at their own cost, or Tere can give advice on other locations if needed. Flights to and from mexico city will be up to us to decide as there are many options. We may coordinate if we wish to have as many of us as possible on the same flight. This will be the next step after Tere has determined the overall cost.)
Here is the schedule in graph form.

Here are some photos of the beautiful historical area in which we will be staying:
