Hi there!
The time has finally arrived.
United Through Watercolour 2026 is here!
Starting at 1pm on Saturday October 17th, everyone who is bringing their paintings can enter through the main doors off of St Clair avenue west, Toronto, beside the church parking lot. There will be a big banner and a welcome table so it will be easy to find. (not the same entrance as we had at World Watercolour day)
We will have one hour to get all the works on the awaiting grid walls before the afternoon commences.
Simply find an empty area on one side of a grid, find your pre printed painting tag, and hang your work and tag.
Lots of volunteers will be on hand to help you out.
Don’t forget there is plein air starting at 10am with Susan Leet and Christine Quarrington. They will meet people in front of the doors of the church at 729 St Clair Ave. West.
An important notice!
The gallery will be only open until FRIDAY
due to booking conflicts we must end the show on Friday OCTOBER 23rd.
I (Ian Wright) will be there on Friday the 23rd from 12pm until 1pm to help people pick up their work.
Any that can’t be picked up at that time, pickup can be arranged through me by contacting iwscanada@gmail.com to arrange a pickup time from my house.
A common question has been the opening times of the church on the weekdays after the show.
The church is open 9-5 on weekdays for the public. Entrance is via the side door on the west side of the building, up the stairs and past the steel doors.
That’s it for updates, so see you all Saturday 1pm onwards!
Ian
